Admissions at Harmony Haven
Choosing a rest home is a big decision. We keep admissions simple—clear steps, help with forms, and steady communication so your family knows what’s next.
Our Story
Who We Serve
Adults who benefit from a calm, residential setting with help for daily routines—bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication reminders—and a community that feels like home.
How Admissions Works
1. Tour the Community
Visit in person or by video. We’ll show rooms, dining, lounges, activity spaces, and the garden patio.
2. Care Conversation & Assessment
We review health history, daily routines, and goals to confirm fit and outline a plan for support.
3. Forms & Documentation
Complete the application and medical forms, share IDs/insurance, and choose a room type (private or companion).
4. Review & Confirmation
We finalize rates and availability, answer remaining questions, and set a target move-in date.
5. Welcome & Move-In
We prepare the room, coordinate medications and physician orders, and help you settle in.
